ECO Green
ECO awareness amongst their parents and families around a whole host of practices, including anti-littering, saving energy by switching off lighting, heating and appliances, reducing waste by learning how to reuse and recycle, using scraps of food to create compost, planting fruit, vegetables and flowers, donating clothes and toys, collecting rain water to use in the garden.
Recycle
All children and young people have the right to live in a clean environment. Tiny Cubs Nursery would like to encourage children
and their parents/carers to engage with environmental and sustainable development
issues as early as possible. This is to make sure our future generations grow up as
environmentally responsible adults who can look after their local community, waste
less and recycle more.
Vision
Tiny Cub's Nursery would like to promote a safe, stimulating environment which reflects the
importance of the people within it, with an emphasis on caring for the environment
within and outside of the setting.
